Applications in Standard Form shall be invited by Indian citizens as defined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Indian Constitution to fill the following vacant positions in the establishment of the Principal Judge, Dhubri Family Court.

General Eligibility criteria:

1. Candidates must have Class-VIII standard education qualifications, and those who have passed HSSLC (Higher Secondary) or higher are not eligible to apply for those positions. Candidates with special skills or experience on a need-based basis shall be given preference.

2. Candidates must have registered their names in the job exchange and their applications must include the registration number along with the date.

3. As of 01.05.2019, candidates must not be under 18 years of age or over 43 years of age. As per Govt, the upper age limit is relaxed. Standards for SC / ST candidates and disabled persons.

4. Applications should be accompanied by self-tested copies of all Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, etc. testimonials along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.

5. Candidates must only include Rs.5/-(Rupees Five) postage stamp with their applications on a self-addressed envelope of 11 cm x 25 cm.

6. The last date of receipt of the application is 14.06.2019 until 5:00 PM in the office of the undersigned for which a "Drop Box" will be kept.

7. For each post, a candidate applying for more than one post must submit a separate application.

8. Department candidates must apply in accordance with the procedure through the proper channel.

9. Incomplete/defective applications without intimation shall be rejected.

10. All submitted documents together with the applications should be automatically authenticated.

11. The candidate for disqualification will be led by canvassing directly or indirectly.

12. Disguising educational qualifications, age, date of birth, etc. will result in the candidate being automatically disqualified, even if temporarily selected, without any intimation.

13. In addition to intimating candidates through call letters, the dates of the written test and interview/viva-voce will be published on the official website.

SELECTION PROCESS:

The selection process for the aforesaid categories of posts will consist of two stages:

1. WRITTEN EXAMINATION (70 marks)
2. INTERVIEW/VIVA-VOCE (30 marks)

1. WRITTEN EXAMINATION: There shall be a written examination of one paper (70 marks) of 2 (two) hours duration. The Board reserves the right to fix the cut off marks in the written examination.

2. INTERVIEW/VIVA-VOCE: Candidates shall be called for interview/viva-voce in the ration of 1:10 against the existing vacancies according to the merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination.
